In the naval port, the Luohe ship was flying full flags, and the officers and soldiers lined up in different areas, full of energy. At about 10 o'clock, the commissioning and flag-giving ceremony began, and the audience sang the national anthem of the People's Republic of China, and the five-star red flag rose slowly. The honor guards escorted the August 1st military flag and the naval flag and marched to the rostrum. The naval leaders who participated in the ceremony awarded the Luohe ship the August 1st military flag and the naval flag. The flag-raiser of the Luohe ship solemnly hung the two flags on the front and rear decks of the ship. The ceremony ended with the military song of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

The Luohe ship, with the hull number "545" and a displacement of about 5,000 tons, is a new generation of frigates independently developed and built by my country. It has made breakthroughs in ship stealth technology, combat command system, firepower integrated control, and other aspects, and its performance has been significantly enhanced.
