From January 1 to January 27, we will charge a resource adjustment fee of 0.1 yuan to 1.2 yuan per kg for SF Express Cargo, SF Express Standard Express (inclusive of 20 kg or more), Filling Large Items, and SF Express Dry Delivery (inclusive of 20 kg or more). During the Spring Festival holiday from January 28 to February 4, SF Express will charge a resource adjustment fee for delivery services.

ZTO Express: This year we will continue to launch the "Spring Festival Non-Closing" campaign. Express logistics will operate normally during the holidays. Some outlets will be on duty from January 28 (the 29th day of the twelfth lunar month) to February 4 (the seventh day of the first lunar month), and delivery time will be delayed.

JD Logistics: It will launch the "Spring Festival Delivery" service for the 13th consecutive year. During the Spring Festival, JD Logistics' integrated warehouse and distribution services will maintain normal operations, follow the principle of no suspension of transportation and no price increase, and provide continuous and stable logistics support for customers.

From January 28 to February 4, a resource adjustment fee will be charged for some customers and some products.

STO Express: Delivery services will continue during the Spring Festival. Compared with previous years, STO Express will also provide groupage services for remote areas during the Spring Festival, including the core areas of 23 cities such as Urumqi and Lhasa, so that consumers can buy high-quality and low-priced New Year goods.
