The rain and snow may affect all provinces in the country, and the local cumulative temperature drop may reach 20℃. This will also be the cooling and rain and snow process with the widest impact and strongest intensity since this winter.

The path of this cold wave is biased to the west and will gradually affect China from west to east. Among them, the cold wave will first affect Xinjiang on the 23rd, affect other areas in the northwest on the 24th, affect most of the central and eastern regions from the 25th to the 26th, and continue to affect the northeast region, eastern Jianghuai, Jiangnan, and southern China on the 27th. The temperature in various places will generally drop by 8 to 12℃. From the 25th to the 28th, the temperature in many places in the northwest, North China, and Huanghuai will create a new low after winter. On the morning of the 28th, the minimum temperature of 0℃ will be pushed south to Yunnan, Guizhou and northern Fujian.

by the snowfall, from the 24th to the 25th, the Beijing-Kunming, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, Lianhuo, Shanghai-Shaanxi, Fuyin, Baomao, Erguang, and Daguan highways passed through Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, and Hubei. From the 26th to the 27th, the Hunwu, Suiman, and Heda highways passed through Jilin and Liaoning. The above sections have a high risk of snow accumulation and ice.
Most of the south is dominated by rainfall. The rainfall on the 23rd mainly affected the eastern part of the southwest and Jianghan. From the 24th to the 26th, the rain gradually expanded to most of the south, and the rainfall was mainly light to moderate rain.
